We list here some problems that you're likely to face.

1. I'm able to access some sites (like Google, Youtube, etc) but not others (Netflix, Yahoo, etc) from the user laptop.

Solution: Check your Zodiac FX version. Paul Zanna mentions here that

There was an MTU issue that was fixed in 0.58 that sometimes caused problems with encrypted streams.

So upgrade your Zodiac FX firmware to the latest version. For this project, we used version 0.61. More details on how to upgrade to this version can be found in the [user guide (http://forums.northboundnetworks.com/downloads/zodiac_fx/guides/ZodiacFX_UserGuide_0216.pdf) and in the forum.
