We list here some problems that you're likely to face.

1. I'm able to access some sites (like Google, Youtube, etc) but not others (Netflix, Yahoo, etc) from the user laptop.

Check your Zodiac FX version. Paul Zanna mentions here that

There was an MTU issue that was fixed in 0.58 that sometimes caused problems with encrypted streams.

So upgrade your Zodiac FX firmware to the latest version. For this project, we used version 0.58. More details on how to upgrade to this version can be found in the user guide and in the forum.

2. Zodiac Fx is not showing all my flows.

The latest firmware version (0.61) only allowed us to add 69 flows and no more than that. We used version 0.58 as it supported up to 128 flows. Also, for this reason, we were not able to implement the project fully and had to settle with monitoring traffic from a particular Netflix video stream. Future firmware updates may possibly allow more flows to be inserted.
