Replace the two fixed "Usenet first" / "Torrent first" presets with a dynamic dropdown that lists actually enabled clients by name, letting the user pick which client sits at the bottom of the stack. The dropdown hides automatically when only one client is enabled. Order persists in localStorage and reconciles when clients are added or removed. …sing stack dropdown setClientOrder is now called in the same handler as setDownloadClients, eliminating the timing gap where clientOrder stays empty if the reconciliation useEffect never fires. Also adds a console.warn when the API returns zero clients to aid debugging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
