[bug] Task Output Refresh Inconvenient

Describe the bug
When viewing a Quest output, the page refreshing interrupts my flow, especially in multi-page outputs where it takes me back to the beginning

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run quest on a bunch of machines
2. view output of quest
3. get very annoyed at it taking you back to first page
4. repeat with 400 other beacons

Expected behavior
We should reconsider if we want a page automatically refreshing data, or if we want a manual option.

Should be closed. We removed polling. We are looking into alternative methods
