This repository contains the relevant code to accompany the paper Penman, Lentini, Law and York (2023) An instructional workflow for using terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) to quantify vegetation structure for wildlife studies. Forest Ecology and Management, 548. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.foreco.2023.121405 This paper is an entry point for ecologists who would like to extract useful metrics from terrestrial LiDAR scans in R.
