Besides the fixed startup crashes, this release also includes more
complete documentation of the Persons API.  Now I just have to document
the rest of the map engine...  There is one final change, as well: As of
1.1.6, the `is_immediate` parameter for QueuePersonCommand() and
QueuePersonScript() is optional, with a default value of false.
