Hello fellow devs! 👋 I'm Kevin — a builder who's spent the last decade shipping payments and commerce products at Capital One, Walgreens, Amazon, and SpaceX. I started my career as an iOS engineer on the Capital One Wallet team, where I shipped the very first Apple Pay integration on Day 1 using PassKit. From there I moved into product management and spent the next 10 years owning payment method strategy across 13 markets and $116MM+ in GMS — including the launch of Bizum for Amazon Prime Spain and the rollout of new local payment methods for Prime members around the world.

I'm currently the founder and lead product engineer at Armstrong HoldCo LLC ($112K ARR), where I run a product services and SaaS business focused on PM coaching and SMB tooling. I build the products myself with SwiftUI, AWS, Python, and Supabase, and I bill across two revenue lines (subscriptions + one-off coaching) on a Stripe Connect + Zoho Books ledger.

The common thread across all of these things: I love payments, I love building products that move money safely, and I love that an idea in a notebook can be live on the App Store or a public URL by the weekend.

At Armstrong HoldCo I bootstrap one product at a time, ship it publicly, and learn in the open. A few things currently running:

• website-auditor.io — automated performance, security, and AI-SEO audits. Went 0 → 1,000+ users in one week.
• GoingVegan — SwiftUI iOS app + AWS API Gateway backend. 0 → 100+ users, $12K annualized revenue.
• A $112K ARR Stripe Connect + Zoho Books ledger running two revenue lines (subscriptions and one-off coaching) end-to-end.

Payments is my home base. Some of the things I've shipped over the years:

• Day 1 Apple Pay on Capital One Wallet — built the iOS provisioning layer via PassKit; drove $14M+ in GMS in year one.
• Bizum for Amazon Prime Spain — owned method integration, checkout placement, and adoption tracking; drove 0.3MM new Prime signups.
• 13-market local payments strategy for Amazon Prime — prioritized rollout by authorization rate and GMS uplift across a $116MM portfolio.
• WhatsApp re-activation test for Prime Brazil — 8-week A/B test that boosted re-activation 15% and retention 5% across 2.5MM members.
• QuickSight dashboard for Finance + Product — surfaced a masked 28% payment conversion gap, drove $13M+ in GMS recovery.
• Apply & Buy at Capital One — deployed at 5 retail merchants with no POS hardware changes; 1MM card activations and $100MM annual GMS.
