Extend service inventory endpoint with compact filtering and publisher metadata #8
Description
Problem
Service inventory is helpful, but raw output is very large and can drown out the most relevant details.
Proposal
Improve get_umi_service with compact output controls and additive identity data.
Acceptance Criteria
- get_umi_service returns a wrapper object with Services and Count.
- Add Publisher where available.
- Support only_non_microsoft, op, and �erbosity.
- Default mode avoids huge low-signal payloads.
