Turn off AWS bucket #186
Description
Since a few months ago, we enabled a new git-annex remote computecanada-public, hosted by the Digital Research Alliance of Canada (#162).
It's now clear that this remote is working, so we can turn off the remote amazon-public, hosted on AWS, and which is costing a lot of money.
For future Neuropoly admins: the bucket still exists, but just has all public access disabled. The relevant setting is here in the AWS console.
