This is looking great! I left a bunch of suggestions, but as always feel free to take whatever seems useful and ignore the rest.
I'm also working on a new example showcasing concurrent IO in multiple components. Once I have that, I'll add suggestions here for incorporating that, so we can really highlight the composability improvements p3 brings.
