Support the following commands in the first line of the file
AUTO - Auto detects the type of cart
GBA - Manually set cart type to GBA
GBC - Manually set cart type to GB/GBC, needed when using the Gameboy Camera Module
CAM - Only works with Game Camera, dumps images from the camera as .bmp files into the root of the Joey Jr directory *requires V2_02_01 firmware)
