PagSeguro 2.1.7 — the dashboard threw while loading (Lit rejects an interpolated
plain string in a css block), so it never rendered on any install; and it no longer
reports a live production connection on an install with no credentials.

Schema2Yaml 2.0.10 / Yaml2Schema 1.0.41 — backoffice assets lived under wwwroot/,
which nothing serves, so both dashboards 404'd on every install. They now embed
App_Plugins and register their own package manifest like the other plugins.
