These changes revolve around speeding up
sgr cloud loadcommand, and cover the client side part for external/metadata bulk upload using new REST endpoint/GQL mutations, respectively.The idea is to simply aggregate data into lists which will on the server side be consumed as ARRAY arguments into corresponding batch SQL functions.
