This PR includes all the updated docs except for the last three versions, because docs generation has been temporarily disabled in the Splitgraph repo (splitgraph/sgr@6db4241). In this PR, the latest version is v0.3.0, so it's missing v0.3.1, v0.3.2, and v0.3.3.

However, these docs are reasonably up to date and the last three versions don't have many changes that would affect them.

So I'm going to merge this into master, where nothing actually builds anything with it, and then move it to the marketing repo. Eventually we'll migrate the script there as well.
