21 Japanese translation files from translate/v6.75 (PR splunk#539, still open
upstream) have unchanged English source between v6.75 and v6.85, so they
were not detected as targets in the v6.85 sync run. Pulling them in
verbatim from origin/translate/v6.75 to keep the v6.85 PR self-contained.
