Unused variables

I've found a lot of unused variables in the SDK and they should be looked at to find out if they should be used.

This applies to these methods:

• Conf#submit
• Index#submit
• Index#upload
• Inputs#create
• Inputs#delete

Are you saying these functions have variables in them that are not used, or that the functions themselves are not used?

For example, looking at Index#upload, it seems to me that every variable there is used, no?

in Index#upload the last variable, response, isn't used

Fair enough, I'll look into it and remove the unused ones.
