I changed order of items in rst as follows: Index: grouped logically by use Modules: grouped functions and then classes, and sorted alphabetically.
Added a test for it (and removed an unnecessary restart in the test suite). Updated CHANGELOG.

Resolved the FRED queries. Altered the arguments and tests of Stanza.submit (which I think was an oversight). CHANGELOG has been updated to reflect that. |

This avoids name collisions with names like 'app'.
Hide the paragraph mark at the end of headers. Remove the delimiter in the navigation header. Made external links have target="_blank".

This logic should be a noop in case the env does not exist, but index access can raise an exception, so lets fix this.
