I build native macOS software in the open.

The flagship is Kelvin, a local-AI photo editor that runs entirely on your Mac. A small vision model reads your photograph on-device, and a deterministic engine turns what it saw into finished candidate edits. Nothing is uploaded, there's no account, and there's no subscription — that design is the point, and it also means the work has no revenue behind it.

Beyond my own projects, I contribute upstream to open-source apps I use: bug fixes, features, and localization, wherever the work takes me.
