The recently played endpoint is not reporting new plays

Issue found on February 19th 2015.

Endpoint(s):

• GET https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/player/recently-played

Steps to reproduce:

1. Listen to a track on Spotify
2. Make a request to the recently played endpoint

Expected behaviour:

The song will be in the list of recently played tracks

Actual behaviour:

I only see my recently played tracks from yesterday

I'm also seeing this. "A track must be played for more than 30 seconds to be included in play history." Not seeing that, if I skip to the next track, then drag the playback cursor straight to the end, so that the track is playing for ~2 seconds, that track is returned. If I then skip and listen to a track for 1m then skip to the next, that track is not returned.

Can corroborate, it updates with a substantial delay, possibly even leaving out some tracks.

I can only get a song to show up in here if I allow it to play to the end. Doesn't need to be the whole track but needs to hit the end. This doesn't provide a very accurate history then, especially if users are skipping songs before they end.
