Improve metadata of the "Spring Webservices" entry

It should pop up in search if "WS" or "SOAP" or "web services" is entered.

SOAP is already working, as it's part of the description.

The rest is easier said than done. We don't expose the keyword property from the metadata to the client, and the search in the client only works on visible fields:

jsSearchUp.addIndex('group')

So first we'd have to add a new metadata API version which includes the keyword field, then we can change the search in the client.

Workaround for that problem: Try to put the keywords somewhere in the description would also fix this problem.
