Unstable Testcontainers tests

If you run the spring-ai-spring-boot-testcontainers from the CLI , e.g.

./mvnw clean install -pl spring-ai-spring-boot-testcontainers -Pintegration-tests

the OpenSearchContainerConnectionDetailsFactoryTest consistently fails with :

Also the OllamaContainerConnectionDetailsFactoryTest is unstable.
