Relocate properties for Spring REST Docs to spring.restdocs

They're currently spring.test.restdocs.*. Given the new module structure, they should move to spring.restdocs.*.

We've decided to revert this and re-consider it as part of a broader review of the spring.test.* properties in 4.x.
