Add optional Querydsl dependency

Required for Java 23 + 24 compilation, otherwise the build fails with:

Cannot attach type annotations @org.jspecify.annotations.Nullable to org.springframework.data.querydsl.QuerydslUtils.toDotPathclass file for com.querydsl.core.types.Path not found
```
