Test starter should include Boot test starter and Awaitility #117
Description
It would be nice if including the Spring Modulith test starter could allow us to avoid to additionally depend on the Spring Boot test starter. Also, including Awaitility seems to be reasonable as we incentivize asynchronous application module integration and testing the interaction between them requires waiting for events being consumed, published etc.
