Slow hyperlink popup when STS4 plugin is active

• Open a large spring projects workspace
• Open a java file and trigger hyperlink popup by CTRL+Hover

Disabling hyperlinks from settings for lsp4e will remove the delay. So it seems its seems to be caused by the STS4 LS

Yes it’s on windows i get this issue.

Not seeing this on Windows either... Can you run jps command and check how many boot ls processes you have running on your system? Also it'd be very interesting to peek at the boot ls sampling snapshot to see what exactly taking all the time. Any chance you can provide the sampling snapshot please? :-)
