Predbat costs not starting the day at 0

I'm not sure why but when midnight rolls around predbat doesn't return the cost for the day back to zero:

because the cost is the cost so far today + cost going forward, it doesn't reset to zero at midnight see https://springfall2008.github.io/batpred/predbat-plan-card/#understanding-the-predbat-plan

(there is an error in the description of the total column the word 'reset' isn't correct, it should say 'add', I'll fix that)
