Freeze Charge issue with Solis S5-EH1P5K-L Hybrid Inverter (no solar) - Oscillating charge during freeze

Describe the bug
In Freeze Charge the battery oscillates between charging at zero and ~3,000W. This is as monitored with a CT clamp on the inverter rather than from the inverter stats.

Between midnight and 5am you can clearly see the on/off oscaillations of the battery charging.

At the same time the inverter is supporting the house load correctly and doesn't show the same oscillation.

The Solis Cloud configuration also seems to have an incorrect charge/discharge rate much higher than the inverter's 3kW rating, maybe this is a separate issue. I have attempted to override these settings to actual capability with:

inverter_limit_charge: 3300

Expected behaviour
I would expect Freeze Charge to hold the battery state and not discharge. Should I just disable freeze charging in the plan as this inverter does not seem to support it properly?

  There is Solar on Enphase micro-inverters separate from this inverter.

you haven't supplied your details of your apps.yaml, so don't know how you have configured your inverter, but if the inverter isn't responding to freeze charge correctly the simplest way would be to just disable freeze charge in predbat

Here's my apps.yaml for reference. Will just disable freeze charge for now.

I've been trying to work out if I should set predbat_inverter_hybrid to True or not (it's currently False), as I don't have panels connected to the inverter, and if that could be causing the strange behaviour.
