Bump all `mcp/` dependencies to their latest versions and resolve the esbuild dev-server advisories flagged by `npm audit`.
Updated ci.yml to trigger build only for changes in src/ on the master branch for both push and pull_request events. workflow_dispatch remains unchanged.
Added dotnet/nbgv step for MCP subtree versioning and updated permissions to allow GitHub release creation. Introduced a step to create a draft GitHub release with auto-generated notes after publishing.
