QueryFactoryExtensionsAsync isn't in 1.1.7.0 assembly

I've been trying to do db.GetAsync but the extension method doesn't exist. Src code in GitHub here I can see they are in QueryFactory.Extensions.Async.cs file, but if I decompile the .dll with ILSpy, I can confirm it's not in there.

Can we get a release with those included plz?

@benmccallum the GetAsync and all execution methods can be found inside the SqlKata.Execution dll and not SqlKata.dll.
Anyway could you confirm with the latest version?
