WorkflowPool won't report a workflow's result if it finishes while nobody's waiting for it.

This hasn't actually surfaced yet, but it relies on a lot of assumptions about ordering of some events without a defined order, and it's making me very nervous.

Also came up in #43 which changes some of those event orderings.
