Adding timezone data/timestamp to logs

• To check timezone: timedatectl
• To change timezone: sudo timedatectl set-timezone America/New_York
• sudo nano /etc/rsyslog.conf
• Comment out $ActionFileDefaultTemplate RSYSLOG_TraditionalFileFormat line
• sudo systemctl restart rsyslog
• To test:
  • logger -t test whattimeisit
  • sudo cat /var/log/messages | grep whattimeisit
