First public beta of zigttp: a Zig-based serverless JavaScript runtime
for FaaS. Compile-time proof you can see. Per-request isolation. One
binary, no dependencies. Proof receipts default-on.

Five core commands: init, dev, test, expert, deploy. Hosted cloud
deploy is deferred from this beta; the deploy path is the
self-contained signed binary zigttp deploy produces.

Toolchain: Zig 0.16.0 stable.

Release readiness: see docs/releases/v0.1.0-beta-checklist.md. Five
launch blockers all dispositioned (three ship-as-exception on perf
gates, two defer post-beta on Lambda/Cloudflare guides and searchable
docs hosting).
