Document 1.8.0 location tagging: API, history UI, release history
Backfill the missing 1.6.0 entry in Release-History 1.6.0 shipped between 1.5.1 and 1.7.0 but was never recorded on the wiki. Sourced from CHANGELOG.md's 1.6.0 section: licence and third-party notices, the rename to lan-speedtest, the non-affiliation statement, the Proxmox provisioner's removal, and the documentation reorganisation.
Document 1.7.0: database maintenance, snapshots, new metrics, same-origin guard Release-History gains a 1.7.0 entry. Configuration documents server.history_backup_dir and SPEEDTEST_HISTORY_BACKUP_DIR, with the two misconfigurations that refuse startup. History and Metrics explains why the daily pass is now a maintenance pass, how VACUUM INTO snapshots are taken, and what speedtest_bufferbloat_factor and speedtest_quality_score export.
