You need start with creating an account on MADlib JIRA. Then...

To report a bug:

Login to MADlib JIRA
Create a new issue >> Bug.
Fill in the required (and optional) fields.

To suggest an improvement or a new feature:

Login to MADlib JIRA
Create a new issue >> New Fature.
Fill in the required (and optional) fields.

Click CREATE and wait for an email conformation. Thanks for your feedback!
