Unexpected token < in JSON at position 1 / Please Wait

THanks for this tutorial, really enjoyed it.

I have followed each single steps and I have two problems:

1. When I signup a new user, I will always get Unexpected token < in JSON at position 1 problem
2. When I login with an existing user, I am stuck on the "please wait"

Any idea how to resolve that?

i have the error too!! please update a version fully workable!!
