Server Error while installing MobileSim #1

I meet a problem when I tried to install MobileSim on my computer (x64, ubuntu 20.04).
I failed to visit http://robots.mobilerobots.com/MobileSim (to obtain the source code or deb file).
Any suggestions? Thank you!
