Output a metadata file with information regarding the simulation setup

It would be nice to have the simulator output a metadata file alongside the data files, including information about the simulation setup. Here follows some suggestions for the information that could be included in this file:

• simulator's version
• date and time at which the simulation was executed
• name of topology file
• destination ID
• minimum delay
• maximum delay
• threshold
• name of stubs file

Consider naming the metadata file with the same name as the data files and with the extension .meta.

Feature was already implemented. It will be included in the 1.4 release.

The extension of the metadata file is .meta.txt instead of .meta
