Add missing native defaults enableSmartLoads/enableCumulativeEnergy/
enableGridCode to io-package.json (were undefined → falsy, now
explicit false per ioBroker best-practice)
Update register 30003 desc to include V2.7 EMS modes 5 (FullFeedIn)
and 9 (Custom)
Update all 11 READMEs with v2.2.7 changelog entry
