Builds a database via the public API exercising 4.1-specific surface
(entry tags, colours, override_url, autotype with DataTransferObfuscation,
entry/group/meta custom data with last_modification_time, group
EnableSearching/EnableAutoType, default autotype sequence, deleted
objects), saves, reopens, and asserts the fields survive intact.
