Learn about vigilant mode.

Fixes a bug where tag defaults weren't seeded into the initial engine state, causing Bool("X",
default=True) to disagree between .value and condition evaluation on scan 0.

Also polishes the "Know Python? Learn Ladder Logic" tutorial with ASCII diagrams, adversarial exercises, NC
naming conventions, and aligned examples. Adds import pyrung.zen.
