The repo docs now separate maintained pages (docs/) from frozen notes (docs/notes/). The wiki page
namespace is flat, so page names are unchanged and no wiki link breaks — but the seven archived pages
now each open with an ARCHIVED NOTE banner carrying a frozen date and naming their replacement:
Audit-2026-07-31, District-Dedicated-Visual-Feasibility, District-Footprint-Investigation,
Ecosystem-Survey, Headless-CLI-Design, Pack-Validator-Design, Preview-Texture-Postmortem.
Home rewritten as a task map, with the maintained/archived contract stated up front and the archive as
its own table. District (x2) and animation (x3) pages gained a shared "which page do I want?" box.
Shared-Schema now owns the field count (67 — it had drifted to three different values across four
pages). Testing documents the new docs guard.
_Sidebar.md (hand-curated — sync_wiki.sh never touches it) corrected by hand. It had drifted
independently of this change: Getting-Started was missing entirely, along with Decisions,
District-Dedicated-Visual and Shared-Schema, and four archived notes were listed as ordinary peers.
It now covers all 40 doc pages and groups the archive under its own heading.
Verified: 0 dead links across all 43 pages.
