Update Basic Spatial Operations to only require S_INTERSECTS support for bbox and Point

Basic Spatial Operations was changed to only require S_INTERSECTS to support bbox and Point parameters, and Polygon is required for Advanced Spatial Operations now. The documentation should be updated to reflect this, including the examples 8 & 9.
