Direct users to packages they can use to load raster data

Per #406, some users come to pystac-client to load raster data, and are confused when our documentation stops at the "you got your STAC items" step. We should add notes to the documentation points to "next step" pacakges to load/viz/analyze raster data, e.g. stackstac and odc-stac.
