I think we should add this to https://docs.stackable.tech/home/nightly/concepts/operations/cluster_operations, as it is shared by all operators.
I personally would prefer to have this below Cluster operations (which already handles stop and start) and not put it in a dedicated file.

After this gets merged, can we update the Epic with more details? (i.e.: add the restart docs to the Cluster Operations page)
