Consolidate ResultsBackend and Broker to clusterConfig

• Renamed and moved the celeryExecutor broker and results backend to clusterConfig.
  • The results backend spec.celeryExecutors.resultBackend is now located at spec.clusterConfig.celeryResultsBackend.
  • The broker spec.celeryExecutors.broker is now located at spec.clusterConfig.celeryBroker.
