This PR extends the demo to add a simple DBT job that runs against Trino.
It adds Trino and S3 to the demo, both using TLS.
Airflow still uses KubernetesExecutor but now logs remotely to S3.
Caution
The links in demos-v2.yaml and stacks-v2.yaml need to be re-set before merging.
