Description

  • added new versions 2.1.1, 3.0.0
  • removed versions 1.3.2, 1.4.1, 1.4.2, 1.5.1, 1.5.3, 2.0.1
  • bump statsd_exporter to 0.24.0 and make configurable
  • remove patch files and patch logic from dockerfile
