NiFi pod doesn't start up successfully after node reboot

Current and expected behavior

When a Kubernetes node running NiFi is rebooted the NiFi pod does not start successfully. Restarting the pod fixes the issue, but the expectation is that NiFi should start up following a restart of the node.
