Angular : Taking to much time to load #1215

Describe the bug
While I am coding on Angular it takes to much time to load or install npm dependency.

Steps to reproduce
Just open any Angular project of npm module
Expected behavior
Just open fastly and install dependency quick.
Parity with Local
- I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
