This pull request updates the stackhpc.cephadm Ansible collection to version 1.22.0 and adds a corresponding release note. The update itself is straightforward. My main feedback is on the release note, which mentions new "Tentacle support". Since this PR doesn't seem to expose this feature to users through configuration or documentation, the release note could be confusing. I've suggested either adding the feature's documentation and configuration or rephrasing the release note for clarity.
